University Counselling at KSIM
University counselling at KSIM helps students understand their interests, strengths, and future pathways. The programme includes regular sessions, individual guidance, and the use of digital platforms such as Unifrog and Millie’s for researching universities, preparing applications, and organising required documents.
Students in Years 12 and 13 work through researching options, preparing applications, writing personal statements and motivation letters, collecting necessary documents, and finalising their university choices.

SAT Testing Centre
KSIM is an authorised SAT testing location.
The SAT is a widely recognized standardized test used by colleges and universities to assess a student’s academic readiness for higher education. It measures key skills in reading, writing, and math – abilities that are essential for success in college-level coursework. Taking the SAT can open doors to a broader range of college options, strengthen your application, and even qualify you for certain scholarships or merit-based aid.
Please note that KSIM serves only as the testing location. All registration, score reporting, and test-day information are managed directly through the College Board.
Students should arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow time for check-in, device setup, and verification. Late arrivals may not be admitted.
To register for the SAT, visit the official College Board website:
https://satsuite.collegeboard.org/sat/registration
After taking the exam, students receive their results electronically through their College Board account. Once scores are released, you can log in to view, download, and send them to colleges or scholarship programmes as needed.
