IB Primary Years Programme (PYP)
For students aged 3 to 11, the PYP focuses on inquiry-based learning, on the development of the whole child as an inquirer, both in the classroom and in the outside world. It is defined by six transdisciplinary themes of global significance, explored using knowledge and skills derived from six subject areas, with a powerful emphasis on inquiry-based learning.
IB Middle Years Programme (MYP)
Designed for students aged 11-16. It encourages students to make connections between their studies in traditional subjects and the real world. It fosters the development of skills for communication, intercultural understanding and global engagement – essential qualities for young people who are to become global leaders.
The MYP is flexible enough to accommodate most national or local curriculum requirements. It builds upon the knowledge, skills and attitudes developed in the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and prepares students to meet the academic challenges of the IB Diploma Programme (DP).
IB Diploma Programme (DP)
Aimed at students aged 16-18, the DP is academically rigorous, preparing graduates for diverse opportunities. Students performing well in the IB DP are highly sought after, with many opportunities available to these graduates.
